Product Design and Validation Lab

This intensive course provides a comprehensive exploration of Class A free-form surface modeling using Siemens NX. Participants will learn the theoretical underpinnings of aesthetic and functional surface quality, and gain hands-on experience utilizing NX's advanced surfacing tools and workflows to create and refine complex, high-quality surfaces. Emphasis will be placed on achieving curvature continuity (G2) and beyond, ensuring smooth transitions, and meeting stringent aesthetic and manufacturing requirements. Through practical exercises and real-world case studies, participants will develop the skills necessary to create and analyze Class A surfaces for various industries, including automotive, aerospace, and consumer products.
